What is it?

This is the ultimate sales program. Our Sales Visionaries program (SVP) will give you a chance to put your commercial instincts to the test over 18 months. It’s an incredible opportunity for you to show off your skills, learn the business, take ownership, and deliver results.

What does it include?

We’ll put you front and center of all the action – meeting customers and creating new sales avenues for our brands. It really is about being at the frontline of business. You’ll be maximizing the visibility of brands, developing your sales and customer portfolios, and increasing sales volumes. This hands-on experience in the trade will be complemented by strategic business projects to develop your commercial skills.

Who is it for?

You’ve got to be a real people person – someone who is naturally entrepreneurial, ambitious, and hungry for success. The SVP is for those who set trends rather than follow them, those who have a way with words and who are keen to make their mark in meaningful and bold ways.

The SVP gives you the power to take ownership of your projects from day one. You’ll need the confidence and resilience to back your own decisions and meet targets. And, as most of the program consists of selling new products and connecting with customers, you’ll need to be fluent in English as well as the native language of the country you wish to work in too. As part of the program, you will be expected to be fully mobile, and you may be based in a different region of your country.
